How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or stiffeners to prevent corner dings, seam splits, and warping during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns within 30 days for items in their original condition. Please note that opened vinyl, CDs, or cassettes can only be returned if they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
